Hi Sheri, A Big Thank You. Just reading the feedback from the Effective Communication course that you are leading, and I must admit, I have never seen so many positive comments about a course! EVERY single response has a comment on your facilitation skills and enthusiasm. You should be very proud of the feedback. There’s lots of factors that influence KPIs, and sometimes it is hard to measure the investment of training, but I wanted to share that our Parts Counter Advisors’ employee engagement has jumped almost 30% since we did a pulse survey last year, and our NLS scores has jumped 17% recently, which I partially attribute to your course; so thank you (and the many others that were involved to make it happen, I thank all of you).
